About Bill Cochran-Bray
Bill is a graduate of California Baptist University, with postgraduate work at Fuller Theological Seminary. In 1995 he earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC) and is currently a candidate for the Certified Risk Manager designation (CRM). Additionally, Bill is a member of the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA). He entered the insurance business in 1985 with one of the largest property/casualty carriers in the United States. Bill joined Howalt-McDowell Insurance in 2004 and specializes in creating insurance and risk management programs for medium to large businesses.
