About Debbie Behrend

Debbie began her insurance career in 1977 and joined Howalt-McDowell in 2000 in our Life, Health, and Employee Benefits department. She is highly experienced, earning designations such as Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). While Debbie’s extensive insurance knowledge allows her to design many insurance programs, she specializes in group health and other benefit-related coverages.
